When your new vinyl floor is first installed, wash the surface with warm water mixed with the manufacturer’s recommended floor care product. Then rinse thoroughly with warm water. When your floor is dry, simply damp mop with the manufacturer’s recommended cleaning system.

For regular care of your vinyl floor, sweep daily. Damp mop or vacuum your floor every couple of days or so, to remove dust and grit which can scratch and mark your floor. DO NOT use caustic ammonia, solvent based cleaners or wax polishes on your vinyl flooring.
